Yoga Day LA is the first annual outdoor Yoga event to be held in the
beautiful Santa Monica mountains at the Topanga Community Club.  The purpose of
the event is to bring the largest, most diverse Yoga community together for a
single day, in one of LA’s most tranquil settings. Yoga Day LA is a chance to
slow the pace down, take your time and have the unique experience of doing yoga
under the California sun, while making new friends.  All ages welcome!

Six yoga sessions, led by some of LA’s most prominent teachers, will be
offered throughout the day.  Featured instructors include Bryan Kest of Power
Yoga, Kia Miller of Yoga Works, Annmarie Solo of Yoga Desa, Steve Ross of Maha
Yoga, Andrea Brook & the Earth Harp and Jorgen Christiansson.  The day
begins with a sunrise yoga session from 8:00 am to 9:15 am and concludes with a
dusk session from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

Admission is free, however, the cost to participate in one yoga session is
$25.00 (only $20.00 if purchased by October 15^th!)
and $15.00 for a second class. Attendees can also enjoy healthy food and
beverages, boutique yoga accessories and mind and body services from a variety
of vendors.

1. 8:00am – 9:15am – Sunrise yoga session with Jörgen Christiansson

9:30am – 11:00am – Mid morning yoga session with Kia Miller of Yoga Works
3.
11:30am – 1:00pm – Its getting hot yoga with Annmarie Solo of Yoga Desa
4.
1:30pm – 3:00pm – Sunscreen yoga session with Steve Ross of Maha Yoga
5.
3:30pm – 4:30pm – Not so lazy afternoon yoga with Andrea Brook and the Earth
Harp
6. 5:00pm – 6:30pm – Dusk yoga session with Bryan Kest of Power Yoga

Discounted tickets for yoga session purchased by October
15^th are  $20.
